UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. takes the strongest possible measures to ensure that your personal data is lawfully collected, stored and shared and your confidentiality is protected.

Our purpose is to inform you in the most transparent way about the methods of obtaining your personal data, purposes for processing them, persons with whom they are shared, the legal reasons thereof and your rights, in accordance with the article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 and for your satisfaction.

a) Data Controller
Under the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698, your personal data will be collected and may be processed by UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. as data controller, within the scope explained below.

b) The Purpose for which the Personal Data will be Processed
UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. may collect personal data from parties such as its customers, employees, potential customers, employee candidates, business partners and suppliers, in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information, transaction security information, legal process and compliance information and marketing and sales information.

Your personal data that is collected will be processed for the following purposes;
- Provision of products and services to you by UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. and fulfillment of its liabilities to you; issuing of records and documents, compliance with the information storage, reporting, notification, tax and other liabilities prescribed by the local and international legislation,
- Providing you with the advertisements, campaigns, advantages and other benefits specialized for you, regarding the sales and marketing activities to be carried out in order to increase the quality of services and products.
- Communicating in order to provide you the necessary information about information technologies requirements, system structure, necessity of the information technologies support services received and these services and products,- Carrying out the traffic measurement, statistical analyses, segmentation/profiling and CRM studies for sales and marketing activities,
- Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction, complaint management, receiving your opinions and recommendations regarding new services and products, receiving your issue-error notifications, informing you about products and services, as well as your complaints and demands,
- Receiving your orders, performing your payment transactions, ensuring the shipment of products by collaborating with 3rd parties for logistics purposes, recommending the products and services that may be of interest to you, online behavioral advertisement and marketing, customer portfolio management, measurement and improvement of service quality, communication, optimization, supervision, risk management and control, promotion, analysis, determining areas of interest, scoring, profiling, marketing, sales, advertisement, communication
-Comparative product and/or service proposals, modeling, studies and/or development activities relating to existing or new products; using your personal data in all kinds of services and products to be provided to you within the scope of the laws and relevant legislation that regulate the works written in UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş.’s articles of association, which are subject to your disclosure of your personal data to UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş.,
- Complying with the information storage, reporting, notification liabilities prescribed by public authorities; fulfilling contractual requirements and performing the legal liabilities of UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. in respect of utilization of these services,
- managing the finance operations, communication, market research and social responsibility activities, procurement operations (demand, proposal, evaluation, order, budgeting, contracting), intra-company system and application management operations and legal operations that are carried out by UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş., in order to determine and execute the business and commercial strategies of UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş.
- Reviewing, evaluating and responding to demands from you or public authorities,
within the framework of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing set forth in the articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

c) To Whom and for What Purposes the Processed Personal Data may be Transferred
Your personal data that is collected may be transferred to the following parties, with restriction to achievement of the purposes specified above;
- UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş.’s business partners, shareholders, affiliates,
- persons or entities permitted under the provisions of the Tax Procedures Law, Social Security Institution legislation, the Court of Accounts, Law on the Prevention of Laundering Proceeds of Crime, Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering, Turkish Commercial Law, Code of Obligations and other legislation,
- Public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities which are legally authorized,
- Companies and affiliates abroad,,
- Real or legal persons who provide services to and collaborate with us for product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertisement and the purposes specified above; program partner corporations and institutions; corporations we have contracted with for sending messages to our customers and cargo companies that deliver orders to you, within the framework of the conditions and purposes regarding personal data processing specified in the articles 8 and 9 of the Law no. 6698.

ç) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your Personal Data is collected both through wholly or partially automatic means and through methods that are part of the data recording system, but that are not automatic,
Through the applications made via contracted web sites directly by you or persons authorized to act on your behalf; verbally, in writing or electronically directly through automatic systems (our web site and mobile application, call centers, social media accounts) and personnel of stores and UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş headquarters, corporations which provide support services to and receive support services from us, as well as natural and/or legal persons transacted with within the scope of all kinds of legislation or contracts, based on the following legal grounds:
• The grounds specified in the articles 5 and 6 of the Law;
• If prescribed explicitly in the laws,
• If obligatory for our company to fulfill its legal liabilities,
• If it is directly related with the establishment or execution of the contract and its processing is necessary,
• If the processing is obligatory for our Company’s legitimate interests, provided that your basic rights and liberties are unharmed,
• If they are made public by you,
• If it is obligatory to process the data for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
• If you have provided explicit consent.

d) Personal Data Owner’s Rights Listed in the article 11 of the Law no. 6698
If you communicate your demands regarding your rights as personal data owners, through the methods stipulated below, UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. will conclude the demand as soon as possible, within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the demand. Up to ten pages of the response will not be charged. Transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page after ten pages. If the response to the application is provided in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be demanded by our company shall not exceed the cost of the recording medium.
In this context, owners of personal data have the rights to;
• Know whether their personal data is processed,
• Demand information about the process, if their personal data has been processed,
• Know the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used according to the purpose,
• Know about the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred in Turkey or abroad,
• If the personal data is deficiently or incorrectly processed, demand their correction and demand that the procedure applied within this framework is declared to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
• Demand the deletion or destruction of the personal data, if the reasons for processing the data no longer exist, although the data was processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law no. 6698 and other relevant laws and demand that the procedure applied within this framework is declared to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
• Object to the emergence of a result to their own disadvantage at the end of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• Demand compensation of the loss, if they incur loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.You may communicate your demands to exercise the rights mentioned above, in Turkish and in writing or by using a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the electronic mail address that is previously notified to UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİCARET A.Ş. and recorded on our system, pursuant to the 1st paragraph of the article 13 of the Law no. 6698 and the Communiqué no. 30356 dated 10.03.2018 on the Principles and Procedures Regarding Applications to Data Controllers. Information only about the applicant will be provided and information about other family members and third parties cannot be obtained in the applications. UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİCARET A.Ş. reserves its right to verify your identity before responding.

Your application must include;
1. Your name, surname and signature, if the application is made in writing,
2. Your Republic of Turkey ID number, if you are a citizen of the Republic of Turkey; your passport number or ID number, if available, if you are a foreign national,
3. The address of your residence or workplace for notification,
4. If available, your electronic e-mail address, telephone  and fax number for notification,
5. The subject of your request,
and information and documents regarding the issue, if any, should also be attached to the application.

Information and documents which will allow identification according to the nature of your request must be provided to us complete and accurately. If the necessary information and documents are not provided as required, there may be disruptions in the complete and qualified conduct of the researches to be made by UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. based on your request. In this case, UNIFO GIDA VE SAVUNMA SANAYİ TİC. A.Ş. declares that its legal rights shall be reserved. Therefore, your application must be sent completely, and with the required information and documents included, according to the nature of your request.
